My purpose in this life is to elevate the vibration of love and compassion on this planet by guiding others in their awakening process to the sacred feminine. I have always known there was more than what I could see, but I did not understand what I was sensing. My life’s journey has been varied as I sought to find my purpose and a deeper meaning. I am a trained actress, singer, Infant and early childhood mental health professional, licensed social worker, mother, and healer.

It has become clear that what once felt scattered and chaotic was building the scaffolding to create Waterfalls and Wings.

When I started grad school in 2021, it was with the full intention of becoming a licensed trauma therapist specializing in attachment wounds and early relational fractures. However in 2024, I attended a transformational somatic trauma healing retreat where I was chosen as the demo client to work with the presenters. That experience alone was life-changing. When I stepped off the stage, a beautiful woman said, "You have no blocks. People like you are usually drawn to energy work."

She would become my teacher, and after training with her in Costa Rica as a KAP facilitator, my life began to change. I felt whole and grounded in my body. My intuition was amplified, and I felt connected to the divine in a way I had never experienced. I also met a wonderful Shaman who was also learning to facilitate the medicine of Kundalini activation.

When I first returned home, people kept telling me how different I was. Most saw this as a good thing, but some relationships suffered. I was not able to hold onto what I had gained and needed further support. I reached out to Joel, my friend and Shaman, and went to sit in ceremony with him. I was able to release heavy ancestral energies, call in parts of my soul, and Mary Magdalene, Christ Consciousness, and Green Tara made themselves known to me.

They tasked me with embracing my healing gifts and sharing them with humanity. I am here to show others the way to their own awakening. After this dance with my guides I was unable to maintain work as a therapist. There was more I wanted to give my clients that I could not talk about under the ethics of Social Work.

I believe every human has the capacity to awaken the divine within them and to experience the self-love and compassion that comes from understanding that we have everything we need and always have. When we understand that all pain is here to teach us and help us ascend to our highest good we can let go of old stories and begin our journey home to who we are.
